Hi! Alexis here. The best things in the world are true love, cough drops, and Post-it notes! I'm here to tell you about the latter.
The Post-it note was invented by Doctor Spencer Silver, who tried to make a super strong adhesive, but instead accidentally made a paper that could stick, remove with pressure, and re-post. Only one of the people he presented it to liked the idea. They stuck to his book pages instead of the slipping-out bookmarks. Today, Post-it notes are being sold all over the world, yet no one knows they were invented by accident!
