Chocolate Mud Cake Recipe! Super Delicious!
I bet you can't figure out who's writing this. Check out This is Everybody! and try to figure it out! Hint: It's not Alexis, Anna, Evan, or Dad.
Ingredients:
1 (microwave safe) mug
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 TAB unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
3 TAB milk
2 TAB canola oil
1 TAB water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Serves one (1) chocolate lover (or you can share with a friend 😁)
1. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Stir in milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.
3. Cook in a microwave until cake is done in the middle, about 1 minute 45 seconds.
Let it cool for a minute or so, it is hot.

It's Darlene! I'll bet you didn't know that, and I love chocolate. We made it all together and learned not to give it too much milk or it looks more like mud than cake (Alexis did that, and wanted more milk). It tasted like real cake without having to use eggs or yeast!
