Gifs That You Can Stare at Forever and Wonder Why the World Doesn't Have More of These
Hey everybody! This is Alexis.
I realized that although pretty pictures are great, moving pretty pictures are SO MUCH BETTER! I'll show you some.
Circling Illusion
Follow the instructions. Your mind will be blown.
Nautilus Eternal Spiral
This reminds me, somehow, of the beach. The swirly texture looks like sand and the newborn circle looks like the sun.
Monument Valley
I decided to call this Monument Valley because of how it reminded me of that game. Monument Valley is an optical illusion game.
Echo
The rising dome looked like sound, especially when it goes out in all directions.
Magnets
This is by far my favorite. It's so slow and relaxing, and I could look at this for hours.
Rainbow Water
These are like bubbles in a sensitive, glowing, protective arc of water.
Fountain
I love how most of these look like water because it's so relaxing. This one defies it by moving fast but still in that globby movement.
Breathing Universe
By comparing the universe to something that has humane emotions makes this artist legendary. It's not actually moving, but all the little particles make this look magical.
Phoenix
The joining of a mythical creature and a human creates an awe-inspiring piece of art. The feathers shifting in the wind and the human's skin moving downwards all make an amazing gif.
Metal Man
This looks like a brain and the skin to me. The man appears to be in deep thought and like the two gifs before him, he is not moving, just the things on him.
Invisible Circles
Blink fast while watching this. This will reveal the circles that you can barely see and will make it look like a glitching black-and-white movie.
Spinning Balls
If you follow the same ball around in a circle, you'll discover that they are not being sucked in, but the similarity of them all make it look like they are moving downwards.
I hope you enjoyed this beautiful moving artwork!
