Hello, people! Anna speaking. In Texas, it’s boiling in the summer, so it’s time to cool off with this delicious popsicle recipe!

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Classic
From Ice Pop Joy by Anni Daulter
Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup organic peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup soy milk
Instructions:
  1. Melt the chocolate chips on the top of a double boiler. When chocolate is melted, pour it into a blender, add peanut butter (or almond butter), and blend.
  2. Add wheat germ, bananas, and milk to the chocolate-peanut butter mixture and blend all the ingredients together into a smooth texture.
  3. Pour mixture into chosen pop molds and put sticks in place.
  4. Freeze pops until solid.
Makes 8 (4-ounce) pops
