Anna, M.D. (not really)
Hello, fellow bloggers! Anna here. But not today. Today I’m Dr. Anna Boehmler M.D.
I’m here to talk about what to do with a sprained ankle. Use the RICE method.
Rest your ankle. Use crutches if necessary.
Ice it to keep down the swelling . Do not ice more than 20 minutes at a time, to avoid frostbite.
Compression can also help the swelling.
Elevate by propping up your injured ankle.
This is Dr. Anna Boehmer M.D. signing off.
