Recipes: Stay Hydrated With Flavorful Water

Hi! Alexis here.

Staying hydrated can seem like torture when you have to chug glass after glass of tasteless water. Milk can seem better and tastier for your dry throat, but water is better in the long run. Try this fun, tasty way to spice up your hydration methods and encourage you to drink more!

Cucumber & Raspberry:

Add a couple of cucumber slices and raspberries to a pitcher or glass to have a bracing sip which will refresh and cool you off! Cucumber is 96% water, so it will hydrate you fast and healthily!

Cantaloupe & Pineapple:

A mellow, sweet fruit with a yellow, juicy fruit is just the pizzazz you need to add to your water. These fruits are so watery your water will probably become pale yellow!

Orange & Raspberry:

This combo is just like the cantaloupe and pineapple blend: a soothing fruit with a pop-out one! Pop a few of these in your mouth (you know you can't resist) then add some to your water bottle.

Cucumber & Green Pepper:

For those who want something healthier, vegetable water is up your alley! These crisp cool cucumbers (tongue twister) with the peppy green pepper will have you coming back for thirds!

You can also switch out green pepper for sweet pepper, they taste the same. Still delicious!

Kiwi & Cantaloupe:

Kiwi and cantaloupe. Cantaloupe and kiwi. It rolls off your tongue... and into your stomach, which keeps filling up! You can't turn this perfect mix away. Sweet, healthy, what more do you need?

I hope you try all of these (no pressure) to keep hydrated this summer. Also just try the fruits and veggies on the side if this doesn't sound appetizing.

Have fun experimenting!

Alexis
